Are 3 dots a girl?

Hi ladies, I checked online about the 3 dots and some sites say girl, some boy... this is 16 weeks... are 3 dots girl? I think most online info said girl... I'

It's usually 3 lines with girls I think. From that photo I'd guess boy!

Don't know about the 'three dots theory' but looks more like boy bits to me.

Usually it's three lines, I would also say that looks boyish.

Definitely looks you can see a longer part in the middle then two even size on the sides. Girls are typically 3 straight lines.

All my 12/13 week nub guesses are girl

Less than 2 weeks now until my anatomy scan!

20 weeks although it was taken at a different angle. As if bubs was looking at the screen if you know what I mean x

I didn't think it protruded enough to be a boy... don't know at all. Can labia be thatxswollen at 16 weeks?

c.m.c did you ask the tech at the scan whether it was boy or girl? They usually tell you at 16 weeks because everything is mostly formed by then. They do private gender scans at 16 weeks here in Australia because it's fairly accurate by that stage..

At 14/15 weeks position wasn't great and dr said looked 80% girl

I took a notion then to just not find out for sure as my DH never wants to know, so at the scan 2 weeks later I didn't ask, then immediately after I regretted it... I just want to know now!!!!

Awww bummer. Can you call and see if maybe the tech had written a comment in the notes about baby's bits?

That would drive me nuts c.m.c! I am the kind of person who would blow another $100 and go back just so I could stop wondering haha..as it is I'm basically busting out of my pants waiting for my 20 week scan on 30 Jan so I can STOP thinking about the gender...you guessed on my gender thread and it's very split so I'm none the wiser while I wait!

This one is hard. I would say boy because with girls usually all three lines are the same length (think of a hamburger) but in this picture the left and right dots look more round while the middle dot looks larger.
