Are pregnancy tests ever wrong??

I'm between 2-5 days late (my periods are never the same time each month) and I took a pregnancy test and it's negative! What's the chance this is wrong??

Based on an average of your last 3 cycles...what is your average cycle length and how many days late are you based on that number?

not so much that it is wrong but maybe the hcg in your system hasnt built up enough to be read my a hpt yet, wht type did you use, how sensitive?

yep u can defo get a false negative, but never a false + ...so good luck u mayb pg, just ur hormoane mayb not showed up as its early in pg, i believe 1st response is good 4 detecting early hormoane...x x
