Are pregnancy tests ever wrong??

    I'm between 2-5 days late (my periods are never the same time each month) and I took a pregnancy test and it's negative! What's the chance this is wrong??

    Based on an average of your last 3 cycles...what is your average cycle length and how many days late are you based on that number? :amartass:

    not so much that it is wrong but maybe the hcg in your system hasnt built up enough to be read my a hpt yet, wht type did you use, how sensitive?

    yep u can defo get a false negative, but never a false + ...so good luck u mayb pg, just ur hormoane mayb not showed up as its early in pg, i believe 1st response is good 4 detecting early hormoane...x x

    I was exactly two weeks late with my daughter so your hormone levels might not be high enough hope you get your BFP soon!!
