Preseed is a sperm friendly lubricant that women without much CM use around that time of their cycle.

Just wanted to let you ladies know that I found pre-seed online at a Canadian store ecosex.ca and they have a store in Toronto too. Also there Birds and the Bees in Mississauga that has it as well!

Im in Ontario, North of Toronto. DH and I have been TTC 11 months....ill be Oing next week!! Hoping this is it, as im getting a little sick of AF at the moment..going all out this time!

Pre-seed, acupunture, herbal meds, charting/temping, massage, OPK....any other ideas of what we can do leading up to the next couple of days?

Not sure if you have any problems in this area, but lately I've been eating (or drinking the juice) grapefruits around O. My EWCM is amazingly abundant when I do!

I ordered pre-seed from Well.ca because they have free shipping. They're very quick and haven't had any issues at all, I've ordered OPKs from them as well.

I'm taking "Jamieson Prenatal's". I got them from Safeway because they were on sale that day, but I'm sure they're the same ones Costco sells for much cheaper!

Well ladies, I had my first RE visit last week. They took a tonne of blood from me and tested me for mmmm... about a dozen or so different things? (I was on cd3). Today I got a call that I had to go in to a lab and get some more blood drawn to test my tsh again. That's sent me straight to google and now I'm worried about hypothyroidism. I don't have a lot of symptoms, but my bbt is on the low side (ranging from 97.0 down to 96.5 in my FP then rising to about 97.5 up to 98.0 in LP).

But all in all, I'm trying not to jump to conclusions. I'm hoping that maybe my levels were a bit off due to a 15 pound weight loss I've achieved since march 1. Or maybe... in that list of tests, the tsh was inadvertently left out completely!? A girl can hope.

I go back on Thursday for my pelvic exam. I'm also going to tell my dr that I want the hsg test (he's left it up to me to do it or not). I'm a bit afraid of it, but since each cycle will cost me over $1000 I figure I should go into this knowing everything - including whether there are blockages or not.

Sorry for the book here. LOL But I'll come back and update on the results! Babydust to all of you! My prayers to anyone (or if you know anyone) in Slave Lake! Was in Kelowna for the 2003 fires and I understand the devastation and worry! xo

Thanks ladies I bought a cheapy costco brand... but when i did the vinegar test it didn't dissolve at all

Vinegar test: place one vitamin in 1 cup of vinegar to see if it dissolves within 30 min. If it does they are absorbing into your system, if it doesn't it's not. This is what i learned from a health clinic i go to anyways... who knows if their right?!

I'm gonna go buy some jaimeson since a couple of you say you use them! I hope they don;t make me nauseous! lol

I've never heard of the vinegar test, but it makes me want to go try it on my vitamins! What I find with Jamieson's is that I need to take them with food or else they make me feel nauseous! Hope you like them!
