how about a christmas gift swap ? where we all kno are partners and then we take responsablity for setting a date that u both would post the gift ? maybe not as great as secret santa ....only a idea x

people sign up then are paired up & they arrange the swap via pm ...that way u kno who is sending u your parcel and u maybe can both post on same day if that makes sense ...ppl are more likely to send on time if they kno that there partner is sending to them at same day

Everyone found out who their santa was and were aware it would be public ...it still got messed up and I still had to reach into my own pocket. I didn't have to but I wanted to... I know some people had genuine reasons for late posting & they did get to their destinations in the end ...but a handful got zero!

Like I say being in the know of who still didn't stop people and because of a small handful I ended up chasing LOADS of names double checking with everyone. PMs were crazy and very time consuming even with the teams help.

I'm not keen on anything like this again on the forum.
