Are we pregnant???

I’ve been having symptoms so I done a couple of tests . First one was yesterday and second was today. I can see a faint line but don’t know if it’s just wishful thinking. What’s everyone else’s opinions?
I’m on the marina coil as we wasn’t planning on having another child just yet but I’m really hoping that this was just meant to happen.

Clear blue is still saying not pregnant. I’ve got a doctors appointment for next week

Did the line come up right away? The test looks dry so maybe an evap. Update us!
