Bit of a strange post to read I'm sure but if you answered yes to the questions in the title you might be able to help!
My name is Lucy and I'm a journalist studying at Nottingham Trent University and I'm making a documentary based around young parents in Nottingham. In essence it is going to be a film about the subject (maybe you) telling the real story of life as a young mum and speaking about your experience in your own words. There is a lot of bad press and social judgements about teenage mums which I feel it is unfair and I'd like to produce a film that tells the real story.
It would be a chance for you to tell your story and hopefully guide others who are in the same or similar situation to you and would also be a way for you to have a nice bit of film for you to keep yourself.
If you'd like to know any more I'd love to have a chat with you. You don't have to agree to anything at this stage we can just have a chat if you have any questions and are interested in getting involved.
