Areola is puffy?

I just noticed this morning that the areola of one of my breasts is really puffy/swollen.. Is this a sign of something?
I fed my son on it like an hour and a half ago and didn't notice anything unusual then..
Is this a sign of a clogged duct? engorgement? Mastitis?

Thanks for your help.. I'm new to BF so I don't know what to expect.

i get this on one nipple in particular, swollen and very pink on half my areola.. my nurse said it was just a 'trauma'... i find that the lanolin gets rid of it. the latch i have is fine so i guess some areas can just be sensitive, happens regular to me but provoding i'm not lazy at using the lanolin its fine.

If its not painful it may be due to engorgement I get this a lot in the early weeks and yes it tends to be more on one side xx

Thanks ladies! I kept feeding as normal all day and the puffiness seems to be gone or at least much less.
