arggg....nap problems

DD is getting harder and harder to nap. i have to hold her for a long time and the moment i put her on the bed, she wakes up. I have to rock her all over again, same thing repeats three four times and then i lose my patiences and gets really frustrated. Its like she will only sleep in my arms. I'm not sure what to do anymore, she was really good before four months, now sleep has become a nightmare for me. Her sleep at night time is terrible too. are there any remedies? i don't know how long i can take this for. I wish I have a bit more money to hire a nanny. The thing is I have low supply and also need to pump exclusively (due to various reasons), so I need my time to properly eat, rest and pump. With this terrible sleep problem she's having, i'm afraid i can't keep up with things.

have u tried giving a bath before the last feed at night? it works well 4 me also junior has a wee music/light bedtime seahorse this settles him really well hope something works xx

Same thing happening here-DD slept like a dream, now she takes forever to get to sleep and is waking earlier every morning! It could be the four month sleep regression - so many things happening developmentally that they just CAN'T sleep well! Our only choice may be to just ride it out and hope it passes quickly.
