ARGH Doctors so annoying

Hi

Rang my doctors surgery today to see if my bloods are back, she said yes and a note on saying discuss with GP, however he is not in today and you can only book appointments on the day (by the time i get through they usually all gone)

So annoying

Also do you think thats a bad sign it has this note on or is it normal after cd21 bloods they discuss with you in person? So scared an nervous now

Hey Kaye

When i had my 21 day bloods done they told me that i'd only need to be seen by the dr if there was something wrong.

They actually phoned me, before i could phone them, to say there was something wrong and made an appointment for me.

I wouldn't get too stressed though the proceedure at your docs might be different.

Aw hon try not to stress. There really isn't anything you can do other than wait to see what you dr says.

Hun it's protocol that results can only be given by the Dr so try not to be worried, I work in a GP surgery and we are not allowed to give results let alone o er the phobe'n

my GP surgery or Gynae will not give any results ova the phone. hope it goes ok when u go for ur app xx

Exactly hun, we've just been thru a series of tests and now i have my answer as to why things are taking their time! better to know sooner than later! honest hun! hopefully tho hunny everythin will be fine 4u xx

They told me I had to see the doc for mine aswell but I had nothing wrong! On the phone I just insisted I wanted to know the number as from that I would know myself if it was gd or bad!

This is cycle 7 for us and i get the feeling we'll be heading for cycle 8 starting next week.

This is out 10th cycle and i also think 11 will be starting tomorrow.

Its so frustrating isnt it?

I've just had mine back over the phone, however, all that was said was 'suggested ovulation'... I was hoping for figures. I'm sure it'll be nothing bad though hun.

its just confusing becuase there is another thread and a lady said she got hers over the phone also, then other people have said they have been to see doctor. Im just worried becuase the receptionist said " yes your bloods are back with a note saying discuss with GP".

Ive got appointment at 5.20pm today so all will be revealed, probably worrying over nothing

It's probably nothing to stress over. I know at my Dr they won't give any results over the phone.
Try to keep yourself busy until 5.30

It's sooooo frustrating, i was so naive before we started TTC just assumed that as soon as i stopped taking my pill we'd get pregnant straight away.

i know we thought the same, stop the pill, pregnant the month after lol
no such joy.

im on my 13th cycle TTC.. will find out in 4/5 days if it will be 14th cycle...

All docs are different so dont stress hunny

Iv got a docs app tonight aswell!! to ask for my OH to have a SA and if they can do anymore for me!!

I hope you dont have to start cycle 14!! Maybe as its lucky for some 13th cycle might be your last xxx
