around 5DPO & sensitive nipples already?!? is it a good sign?

So i am possibly around 5DPO and since yesterday/ 4dpo my nipples are sensitive to the touch! i dont usually get sore nipples on both sides, but i do re-call having a sensitive left nipple once and got my period shortly after.. but i do believe that it is still too early to get my period koz i just finished my period on jan 9th... could this be a good sign.. that i finally hit the jackpot LOL.. i wish n hope i conceived!!! i am due for AF around 1st of feb, so im gonna take a frer mid next week!! cant waitttt!!!
