Just called through to them to ask a SIMPLE question about my policy with them...queued on hold for 20 minutes and then get through to an advisor who answers the phone with this....
"Hi you're through to Sheilas Wheels, sorry, call volumes are high at the moment so I cant deal with your query, can you call back after 12pm please."
So I said whaaaat?! Ive just queued for that long to be told this? I said you dont know what my query is yet so why should I be told to call back?
He LAUGHED and said "I've just told you the reason we're not taking calls, please call back later"
So I said we could have answered my question by now but instead you are choosing to be difficult and robotic instead of trying to help.
He laughed again and hung up on me!!! So angry, I didn't even get his name!
Called back straight after, got through to a lovely helpful lady who answered my question promptly and professionally.
So mad with that first guy!
