I have a account with them and only ordered one item..
All is good but I have forgotten my email address and password so any help? ?

Also do you get a receipt to show you bought it as I only have a confirmation letter No receipt like every day shopping.

I have tried 2 email address but not matching and stupid me not write it down. .

If you can't reset just register again, I sometimes tried my groceries password on direct website and it doesn't work but it can get confusing.

All you need is the confirmation letter to collect.

I re-registered but I cannot view my past history.
I bought a phone in September 2013 and it's got 2yr guarantee but I only got a confirmation letter NO receipt..
I have no problems with phone at moment but it's what if...

Any how after worrying about it I didn't sign in and just tracked order number, luckily all was there date payment order all I need so I did two photocopies and it should be enough if I had a issue??
