I hope so. Two weeks until my scan. Fingers crossed this is my Rainbow coming.

I got my BFP on Jan 19 and it was "1-2", on the 21 it was "2-3" and on the 23 it was "3+".
Not sure how that happened but anyway my HCG on the 20 was 726 and on the 23 was 1614. Not sure if that helps. Mine changed from "1-2" to "3+" in 5 days.

I've been doing more reading on the Clearblue link as Lora posted.
100+ triggers the 2-3 and 1,000+ triggers the 3+, regardless they mentioned the other figures, it's all on graphs. My research also ties in with your information. On their leaflet they say 2,700+ for a 3+, you're proof it was below that. I don't see why CB have contradicted themselves like that.
