Hallie is not getting nothing fiddly this year or cheapy plastic stuff. She just doesn't play with them & I end up binning all the little bits.

She is getting a flat screen tele/dvd player in pink for her wall.
Loadsa Disney DVD's/drawing stuff/books
Possibly a reconditioned DS (or wait until her 4th birthday and get her a new one)
a dolls house

& I dunno what else to get her, she has her bikes/scooters/prams/dolls/pop up tents/playhouses etc there's nothing big to get her

Any ideas?

it sounds enough id just get her nice bits for her stocking or does she like dressing up clothes yet?

Yeah she does actually I never thought about those. I've just saw a nice wooden easel that matches her room too, I will get her that as she has had her ELC easel since her 2nd birthday. I feel poop if the pile is small even if the small piles worth over a grand I'd still feel crap. Christmas needs to be wayyyy smaller this year though, paying off a loan!

That is loads of stuff Amy-Lea. Wrap them in big boxes so you think there are more if you are worried!! No but seriously, I know exactly what you mean. I have decided Emma gets overwhelmed by too many toys. We are gutting out loads of stuff as it is never looked at, especially plastic, musical things.

She has some happyland stuff so I might build on that collection but I dont half think they are expensive for what they are! Waiting for some discount or sales to get them first.

Yeah they are good. Emma loves the plane, toadstool and vet. I really like the pirate ship but think that is discontinued now so I am a bit gutted about that.

unfortunately i think this xmas is going to be all Cars 2 related! can't see it being cheap cheap .. have seen a few deals out there, but disney toys are expensive especially the cars stuff i think ! x

AL have you seen the Leappad, might be something to consider instead of a ds. I am getting one for Kaysie Blossom. It is a tablet, touchscreen etc and you can buy download cards like itunes cards to download games and stuff on it. It comes with a built in camera and video recorder too.
