Xenforo Cloud upgraded our forum to XenForo version 2.3.4. This update has created styling issues to our current templates. We will continue to work on clearing up these issues for the next few days, but please report any other issues you may experience so we can look into. Thanks for your patience and understanding.
Parmigiana - it's like lasagne I suppose, but using aubergine slices instead of pasta. You slice the aubergines lengthways, and fry them in seasoned flour so they look like fritters. Then layer them up with a basic tomato sauce (like you'd use for pasta), mozzarella and grated parmesan or similar. Then bung it in the oven for a while til all the cheese is golden and it's heated through. Sorry it's not a proper recipe lol, my Mum makes it so I just copy her It's really tasty despite having no meat in it. If you're not vegetarian, you could try doing moussaka. I don't have a recipe but there will be loads online. x x
Ooh yeah sorry, you dip the slices in egg first, then flour If you don't eat dairy but will eat sheeps milk, you could use pecorino cheese which is similar to parmesan.
