Avatar and photo upload help?

I use BnB from an iPad and I can't upload pictures or add a profile pic etc as it won't let me browse for photos?? Is there a reason for this, or am I just being stupid and it can easily be done??

I would just get a pic from another website but how do I do that? I may sound dumb but I really have no clue x

I wasn't able to upload pictures from my iPhone (I don't think phones work for uploading pics here), same may go for the iPad?
