Awake For An Hour In The Night

he's been doing this for a while now. any time bwteeen 3 and 5. it's exhausting. He's not screaming or anything, just awake and playful (Unless i ignore him then he'll cry)....why?? any ideas or experiences of this ladies? i'm sleeepy...

Don't play with him or he'll keep doing it. Keep the lights off etc and make it clear that night time is not for playing. Hopefully if he doesn't find it rewarding he'll stop.

I went through the exact same stage hun as you are going through...believe it or not between the same times aswell! Its only just stopped in the last 2 weeks! My HV said ti was teething...one hell of a happy baby if it was He used to lay there playing and laughing to himself...i just used to ignore him...i didn't play with him, kept the lights off and within 1 hour or so he would fall back to sleep...xx

I've just posted the same thing!! But I have to feed her to get her to slep again, tried everything else. Was wondering if it is a growth spurt?

Sounds like he may have an hour too much napping in the day????
