awful day, bumped into FOB at seaside!

Just cannot believe it. I am still reeling today. Took LO down to the seaside yesterday with my 5 year old nephew as he is on half term from school. I went to the same place my ex and I used to go to as its easy to park there and not many people go to this little spot. About 10 mins of messing about by the waters edge with the dogs, I see my bloody ex walking towards me with a woman, a teenager and a boy of about 10 years age. He just looks at us, walks straight past us and carries on a bit of a distance and stops and plays with the 10 year old.

I just left straight away and my heart was pounding with fear and anger. What the eff is wrong with some men?, really! he ignores his own child who is right in front of him and is now playing happy families with some other kids? I thought the girl may be his daughter, not really sure.

Note to myself, never, ever go to places we used to go to as the tosser is obviously taking new people / women to the same places!!

Feel so pissed off that other people just don't know what he has done. Life can be so unfair sometimes.

Wow, you're more of a woman than I am I guess lol because I know for sure if my FOB were to see my child and not so much as adknowledge him, It would be done. I would make a scene and let it be know then and there how much of a piece of shit he really is. I believe it's should just be public knowledge, act like scum, get treated like scum. I feel like I should stand up for my child who maybe doesn't have the voice to stand up for himself at this time. But, I applaud you for staying strong and not showing your emotions in front of LO, being a single mom isn't for everyone, you have to be one hell of a woman to deal w/ the stuff we deal w/ but just keep your head up and if anything KARMA'S A BITCH! lol

Thanks. I would have said something but my nephew was there and it just caught me by surprise. He has also lost about 3 stone,so I didn't even recognise him at first!

I have done my bit I think in letting some people know about what he has done but he just moves on to the next person who knows nothing of his past. Hell, I went apeshit on him when the lies started coming and then I found out secrets and the real truth about things towards the end. He is very charming and funny and very kind to strangers (e.g giving up a parking space, offering to help people move home etc) very deceptive. I can see how he dupes people......he can't keep people in his life though as he is flaky as hell, runs at the first sign of a problem or responsibility.

To be honest, I don't want him in my LO's life as he is an ass but the thing that gets on my nerves the most, more than anything, for some reason? is just knowing that people (like the people he was with) have no idea what a horrible man he really is. I need a tannoy attached to my car, going around the whole town telling people to stay away from him lol

I hope so too hunny. So far my little boy is the gentlest, kindest, funniest little thing and I am so proud of him. He even goes up to our cats and labs and pats them very gently, I never taught him that I don't think he is or will be anything like his father.

I just think that my ex is a product of his environment and was brought up very badly. He is now thinking he is a soldier and has lost tons of weight and goes around wearing full army gear in public etc, posting pics of guns and knives and the army on a blog page. Before that he was into pirates. Sheesh, he is a loopy weirdo now isn't he?

Definitely a good thing that LO never has contact.
