Awful pelvic pain...could this mean labour could come soon?

I started getting some hip and pelvic pain a week ago but it has been bearable. This morning I woke up in absolute pain. It feels like my whole pelvic area is bruised and I can barely walk. I know it's normal to get pelvic pain in the last month of pregnancy but I was wondering if it's a sign that things could start to happen in the next little bit. I can't imagine dealing with this pain for another 3 weeks!

ive been dealing with hip and pelvic for about 6 weeks now..i still have another 10 weeks to go.. ive gone to the hospital a couple times because the pain is so bad but nothing is happening and they say its a normal part of pregnancy..hopefully it eases up for you or the baby comes soon!!
