Hi ladies,
I am looking for anyone that has used the b complex vitamins to regulate cycle, produce progesterone, and lengthen lp. Has anyone had experience with the vitamin causing you to ovulate early? I usually ovulate on cycle day 19-21 but today at cycle day 10 my cervix is soft, high, open, and wet. I am also experiencing what i believe to be strong ovulation pains on my left side. any experience with this is greatly appreciated. Baby dust to all
