baby belly measured 3 weeks ahead ?

so i had a ultrasound today and i wish i would of looked for the rest but when she got to measuring the belly it said 33 weeks... what does that mean? does it mean hes just got a big ol belly or am i further along... they could never tell me the right due date so just wondering...

should of seen my lil man i wish i would of got pics or something he waived at us and then yawned a great big yawn.. hes head down to but face up so his spine is against my spine.... both my kids were like that when i had them and had horrible back labor....

If they didn't bring anything up in your scan then you're probably ok. Baby could be big, you may have a little extra water, baby could be in an odd position but it all may be not enough to worry about.

My lo has been 3-4 weeks along for the last 12 weeks. At least he's being consistent. At growth scan he was "normal", though in UK normal is anywhere between 7th and 93rd percentiles. Looks like he'll be a 4kg guy. Midwife today was tutting and saying it wasn't helpful - he may not be abnormally big but he's definitely a big one!

It just means baby has a big tummy My baby measured over a week ahead on femur length at my 21 week scan which put him in the 95th percentile for height. Things will change by the time you're due, baby may either catch up in other areas or his tummy will shrink or you may just have a baby with an uber cute tummy!

Mine has been measuring spot on the whole time then yesterday I was measuring a week ahead. Not one bit of concern in her voice saying its fine.....I think it was because I usually have very early appointments when baby seems to sit very low, this was an afternoon baby was right up under my ribs xxx

My lo head measurements are in the 90th percentile. Must take after his father!!! Though the consultant told me they don't tend to worry at that stage as their position (at that point he was head down) can affect the measurements. Though I'm slightly concerned I'll have this normal sized baby with a giant head...

With dd they said she was normal in scans, but at birth she was 3.9kg (though 11 days over) and was and still is off the chart tall. I spent the end of my pregnancy screaming "get out of my ribs!!!!!"

I measured 3 weeks ahead in my first midwife appointment, i was 25 weeks and measured 28' but when i went for my second one, I was 28 weeks but measuring 27 1/2. I think it just depends on where baby is lying etc x
