ive got my baby a silver 1 ive put it in my hospital bag do u think it will be ok for a newborn to have 1 on aslong as not tight i think its realy cute
personal opinion i havea 2 and half year old already, i dont think it is so much a problem wen they are new born and hardly move but you have to take into consideration that they rub there face with there hands and wrists so can catch themselves easily and wen they satrt crawling about it could easily get aught on something and break the braclet and hurt the baby. and i am also a huge worrier and wud take into consideration that they could chew on it and easily swallow it if it breaks. my little boy has a braclet but he has never worn it but i still think it is a nice keepsake for him wen he is older x
yeah i think u do really have to consider the health and safety side. it is shocking wot babies do accidnelty so even tho it is just a bravlet they could end up really hurting themselves. like is ay it is nice for keep sake and also if u decide to have your baby christened then its nice for them to wear it or if u have a nice family ocassion u are going to then its nice to but defo wouldnt recommend one for general wear x
I'm really not sure, but midwife told me that when bathing baby, make sure you have no jewellery or dangling necklaces or anything because their skin is almost like tissue paper and they can get injured easily. For that reason I wouldn't put a bangle on a newborn but like I say I'm not really sure.
me LO got bought one off his uncle and took it to the hospital but it was huge and i wouldnt let him wear it anyway, like for his christening he got bought a pendant and chain but he hasnt worn that either x
I wouldnt when they are newborn because they scratch their faces with their nails and stuff so I imagine a bracelet would make it worse. I have some for our baby, my old ones and one that is a family heirloom but Ill be saving them for when she is a little older, maybe a couple of months old xxx
