Baby Cries in Womb

They're just practicing thier communication skills aren't they! The only way we know anything about how they're feeling is by how they cry so it stands to reason that they'd have to try it out. :baby:

I just thought it was amazing.

And technically girls we are comforting our babies in the womb because what do we do when they move? We rub our bellies and talk to baby. So you can all shake off the guilt shroud and feel happy that you already know how to calm your Small. X

Babies cry when they are born to breath air...

Im not sure about doing it in the womb, they are submersed in water... But who knows right?
 
Their vocal chords develop quite early. What is it? Around 14 weeks or so? Cant remember. I've read in many places that they practice their vocal chords from then. So it's not impossible. Naturally it wont be heard because they're in liquid.

It's quite fascinating though.
 
I wonder what the gestational age of that fetus is?
