Baby Girl Names Opinions and Suggestions

Hi! We are expecting baby #2 and I am convinced it's a girl. We are set on the name Theodore for a boy, but I need help on girls names. I like longer names with nicknames. These are my current loves:

Georgia Eleni (Georgie)
Penelope Eleni (Penny, Nelly, Lenny, Lo)
Nicoletta Alexandra (Edie - Don't like Nicky, other suggestions for nicknames welcome!)
Sadie - I LOVE this as a nickname but need help thinking of a longer name

Alexandria Danielle is what I'm going to name one of my daughters if I have any. NN Lexi probably. Or Andi, or allie, or Alexa, or something along those lines, plenty of nn there.

I love Georgia Eleni and the nickname Georgie. Penelope is also sweet. I don't like Nicoletta but adore the name Alexandra; could this be a first name? Also, what about Theodora? Thea for short?

Alexandra is MIL's name so we don't want to favour one grandmother over the other lol. Just in case we have a third and it is a boy, we don't want to use Theodora. It's cute though! I thought I made this a poll, but apparently it didn't work. oops!

I love the name Gabriella bc there are so many beautiful nicknames: Gabi, Brielle, Bria, Ella
