Has anyone used one of these? If so what was your experience with it?
I was set on getting the close caboo but after seeing these ones in now in two minds about which to go for, mainly as this one looks lighter and baby is due in the summer.
Also some websites say from birth and some say not till baby is 8lb. Anyone know which one?
TIA :)

Baby k'tan, sorry don't know how to edit title :)

I just got a K'tan. I wanted a Breeze, but someone was selling an original for cheap. My little guy is 10 days old. He was born 7 lbs even, and while I know the manual says 8+, I think it's just a precaution, and you can use it for smaller babies with care.

I'd definitely size down, if you're unsure of or between sizes. I thought there'd be no way an XS would be right, but it is for me.

I had a Moby, but I hated it with my first son and again this time. The K'tan has a similar fit/feel without the ridiculous extra fabric.

Thank you. I did find an American size chart on there actual website which after putting in weight, height etc says to order xs. Quite lucky as I was going to order the small based on size charts in the UK.

That's what I was a little worried about as my last two were born 7lb 9oz so if this lo is the same I didn't want to be stuck for the first few weeks as we're not planning on buying a buggy until he is a little older. Think I might go for the k'tan now though. Thank you :)

I have the Breeze and have used it for my 2 youngest. I loved it! The size chart told me to get an XS too, but it was too small once it arrived so I got another in a size S and it fit perfectly. :)

I'm 5'1" and 110lbs, by the way, but I wear a 32 DD.

I got it in extra small too, but it was a bit small. I'm 5'4" and 130 lbs. Actually, it worked really well for the first month or so when she was really tiny. But I learned how to tie a wrap and honestly much prefer that.
