I have been prescribed iodine while bfing, which is new to me, last time I was just told to eat a healthy and varied diet. If you are cutting out dairy, I would make sure your calcium intake is sufficient through other foods.
DS was also soy intolerant with his cmpi so its good advice to limit soy too. Rice and almond milks are usually fortified and are good dairy substitutes for you.
