Baby Lily 07.12.08

Well I don't have a lot of time for all the details now..but here's the short version. Waters broke in bed at 4.45 on sunday the 7th....i had no warning signs beforehand (no plug, no contractions, no cramping, i was not dilated at last office visit a few days beforehand, etc etc). So went into hospital and was there for 16 hours (3 hours pushing!!!) and lily was born at 9:05 p.m. 8 lb. 10 oz. (3.9 kg) 21 inches long (53 centimeters...i think that's right). She is beautiful....Pictures and full labor story to follow. I am so happy to finally have her in my arms and at home. Thanks to all the ladies for all the posts and responses since I found out I was pregnant and all alone way back in Germany 9 months ago. I'm home with my family in America and happy now.
