Baby looks huge 21weeks ultrasound photo!!

Is it just me or does my baby look enormous for 21 weeks ?
His estimated weight is 340grams and he looks so huge on the photo,
Or could it just be zoomed in idk?

He looks huge my previous baby was 5lb 12 born four days before his due date so a huge baby would shock me!! X
