baby measurement??

After the dr measured my belly laying down she said the baby measued 17 I have no clue what this means... Anyone know

The belly should measure in cm near the number of weeks you are along. So you are measuring just fine.

Agree with Seity x Absolutely perfect, that's a good measurement

The doctor was measuring your fundal height - the length of your tummy from the top of your pubic bone to the top of your uterus (the fundas).. the measurement roughly follows the number of weeks pregnant you are - so 17 is spot on! I was 27cm at 26 weeks xx
