Baby Moitor - Would you bother ...

i only bought one as her cry isnt loud and i thought i wouldnt hear her but i havent even used it!

i say just go with what your comfortable with hun x

I'm waiting for one to be delivered. Sam's found his own bedtime routine now and i'd like to be able to get him settled into his cot then as well maybe the odd naptime during the day. The house is so big though. Even if he wakes up from a kip in the frontroom and i'm in the kitchen i cant hear him, so a monitor will put my mind at rest.

I didnt bother when i was living in smaller properties with my other two though...

We have one and we live in a flat. I honestly thought i wouldnt need one but i wouldnt be without it.
I cant hear a thing without it on! and he's only in the next room and 1 door shut.

I have one but I use it mostly because of the upstairs/downstairs situation. My house isn't very big and Lola's room is right next to mine so I have no doubt I'll wake up if she starts crying in the middle of the night as I'm a light sleeper.

You can just buy a cheapie and see if you need it.

We don't have a monitor and are fine without. We are considering getting one for the summer though, so that we can sit in the garden in the evenings.

we dont use a monitor and tyler sleeps in his own room, hes a room away from us but i make sure both our doors are open and i have no problem hearing him when he wakes xx

we have one, and tbh i've hardly use it, at night her rooms meters away so aways hear her x

I bought one from toy r us it was about £17 and it just gives me piece of mind x

My room is not far from my sons room at all maybe 5 feet but I still bought the angel care monitors so it can monitor his breathing and let me know if anything went wrong , I slept so much better with that one .

We have one it was only a tenner from lloyds pharm its a Tixylix one and its brilliant :)
