WOW!
you are really organized ive only got a packet of stratch mittens so far haha!

I orderd my moses basket stand and sheets my baby bath and a mamas and papas bouncy rocker chair a few days ago though!

Im trying to budget abit i have to really i work for avon and get job seekers allowence on top as i work less than 16 hours a week.

Can i ask how youve managed to get everything so early money wise?

Im waiting for my Sure start grant to get my pram etc.

xxx

I have pretty much everything on the list, just need my pram & my parents are getting us that.
Anything else you get will just be a bonus.

see since i got pregnant, i swear to good i have become really organised!! i have never made as many lists in my life... become obsessive about cleaning... and my new fav hobbie... pairing socks :haha::haha:

i think you have pretty much everything covered xx

I made a Baby items book the other day and spent about 2 hours writing down my budgets which pram i like where ive seen things,

I have been debating over my pram for weeks but ive decided on the new SilverCross halo travel system its beautiful!

xx

geez, your so organised!

bottle warmers are a waste of time tbh, they take ages and just a waste of money. a jug of hot water works just the same, if not quicker, and costs next to nothing!

i haven't got it all YET! lool, all i've left is the things in the top section of the list everything else we have. We had some money saved so we thought that we'd use a bit of that to spread the cost of everything i know people say that your not ment to buy things before 24 wks cos it 'jinxs' it, + 24 wks onwards ain't actually that long if you get your money fortnightly so on top of bills, food there ain't really much left over to go into the baby pot(another reason why wegot some of the money out of the savings)

The funny thing is, is that i'm the most unorganised person i know although even when the place is a tip i still know where everything is lool, but since fallin pregnant i've been so organised.
Anybody else found that there beginning to like doing things they hated

sound funny but i don't have a clue what pram i'm getting i just know that its already been got n i can see it when i have everything else, tbh i don't think i'd be so organised if i didn't have all the help n support i do OH's mum, nan, aunt have all offered to buy the pram or cot, my mums told me that i can have the card/book to her saving account if i need/want it, i've told her that i'm grateful but want to try and buy as much as i can myself but shes welcome to help if she wants (my mums 1 of them, do the crime do the time lool but if u need help then all u have to do is ask)

how about formula in case the breast dont work out u wont know until bubs is here if it does work out i am sure u will find someone to give the formula too...

- baby shampoo?

- LOADS of bibs (they sick on them ALL the time - even with just milk)

- formula (in case breast doesn't work - also most hopsitals don't provide formula any more - so maybe a couple of little ready made cartons just in case)

- double check the car seats are compatible with your car (they don't always check - but you'll probably need a base or one which seatbelts in.. depending on your car)

- top and tail bowl (for when you're washing your bubba.. so you don't always have to bath them - seeing as they only bath a couple of times a week)

Also i got given a bottle warmer - which tbh i think will be pretty good.. cause i'm lazy - and it'll save me running up and down the stairs with boiling hot water and waking my mum with the kettle (so it depends on your circumstances for that one!)

as for everyone who's enjoying doing stuff they hated, i feel the need to do millions of things - but i'm ALWAYS WAYYYYYYY too tired, so make the most of itt!! haha!
xxxx
and you'll need your hospital stuff.. but i'd pick up bits for that as you go along (maybe while they're on offer)

TOTALY dissagree!!!

Luke's bottle warmer is indispensa, It takes less time than getting a jug of hot water etc... I have the tommee tippee closer to nature one, and it does a 150ml (5oz) bottle in 5 mins =] x

WOW can't believe how much i still have left to get arhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
