baby wont drink his formula????

My baby is about 4 and a half months old now and he recently decided if doesn't want to drink his formula.
He takes about an ounce and that's all he wants. He screams and cry's during the rest of the bottle.
He's doesn't do this everyone time he eats but lately its most feeds
Help don't know what to do.

Ano it seems an obvious thing and you've prob tryed it but if like my SIL she never gave it a thort but have you tryed a bigger teat size? He could becoming frustrated if its too slow x

yup he's on a faster size.
he clearly is hungry just doesn't want the bottle in his mouth, pushes it out with his tongue.

Could be teething? Could be distracted by the world? Both of my kids got super fussy at the bottle around that time. For us it was the latter, there was so much going on that they didn't want to stop look around to take a bottle! Super frustrating but normal from my experience and it did get better

yes its possible that he's teething. doc said it could take a few months for the teeth to even 'cut'
he is a very squirmy baby moves so much and is always looking around for big sis . really hope it gets better, so worried he isn't getting what he should be. But at his nite feeding when there are no distractions he will finish a 6 oz bottle no problem

i could have written this myself Jonathan squirms, laughs, talks, arches, moves all over , screams when i feed him during the day. hell take an ounce or two and then be absolutely uninterested. And then after his bath, he downs 8 oz of milk its entirely frustrating tbh, hes always fussy now because hes not proper full and he refuses to eat! My pediatrician saw him and said its got to be a combination of teething and not wanting to eat when other great things are going on in the world! lol
