the dad is my ex, from march when we split up we have been so close and really good friends, however when i slept with him in august i got pregnant and he told me i should get rid of baby, im selfish bringing it into the world with no dad, and that i would never find a boyfriend because nobody would want me with a baby. fortunately i told him he was the selfish one for wanting his own baby dead and he was shallow to expct that i would get rid of my own baby just so that it would be easy to find a man... so angry! he doesnt even bother speaking to me anymore, he said he would ask how appointments went etc but hasnt bothered, and whn ive told him he hasnt bothered to reply. RANT OVER

wow this sounds a lil like my ex. ha guys are jerks. ... although i am unsure between two guys who the bd is but i am about 95% sure it is my ex i was with for 3 years. he doesnt know about the other guy but said he stopped loving me a long time ago and i should kill the baby as he will forever deny this child. guys are just ughhhh

dont worry, im not that childish to give up my baby when there are people out there longing to be in my situation, im not bothering eith him anymore, 2 can play that game he will be the one missing out and stalking my facebook for photos while i have my beautiful baby here with me im taking nothing for granted

He is a jerk. I went through the same thing the first 3 months. I'm 6 months now and the FOB has decided he wants to be involved so they do change their minds. Stick to your guns.

My ex was a nother one.. told me I was selfish for keeping the baby, I've ruined his life, he'll never be happy again etc.. I've not seen him since I was 4 weeks pregnant (he broke up with me when I told him I was keeping the baby) and that's over two years ago now.

If he has that attitude then you are both much better off without him xx

Why o why do men insist on using that pathetic line - nobody is going to want you when you have a kid.... Honestly, insecurity on his behalf or what!
Anyway, you can do so much better, you can raise this child without him and he cant get lost!

14 years ago i was in the same situation, today i have a beautifiul intelligent 14yr old daughter. I have a great partner and a great job and although it has been hard especially in the early days i wouldnt change a thinghing and i dont fell like i have missed out on anyt. Good luck to you and i hope your bd wises up and realises what he could be missing out on x
