Back ache. 40 weeks

Since 9pm last night I've had really horrible back ache with period cramps. It's lower back, probably where my hips are or maybe where kidneys should be.. I have no other signs to suggest a water infection, but the pain has got stronger and more intense over the past 12 hours. I had two hours sleep last night, and had the TENS on for an hour before bed which helped. But I was woken this morning with more cramps and back ache and can't get back to sleep.

The pain is sometimes that intensifying it makes me feel sick/be sick.
any ideas? paracetamol just isn't cutting it lol.

To me this sounds like an intense version of the type of period pain I suffer from. I have been having similar, but not as bad, pains for the past few days. I am hoping it is the start of things moving, hopefully it is for the both of us!!
