back ache / period type pains / bh after 'dtd'.....

So I'm just over 34 weeks and me and my OH decided to have sex this afternoon about 3.30pm..... Afterwards I got the normal tightenings (bh)... But also as the afternoon has progressed, I've got lower back ache and period type pains in lower stomach. As well as bh...I normally sit on my ball as its more comfy but will this make it worse? It's now 4 hours and a warm bath later and I still have the aches in back n front. Its a constant type pain so unable to determine time/length... Anyone else get this wen they have had sex? X

Yes I had this last night! DTD and then had excruciating back pain and period cramps and contractions, about 30 mins afterwards, lasting for 3 hrs. So bad that they woke me up if I fell asleep. At one point I thought I was going into labour!!

First real contractions IMO. But if your cervix is not ready I think it's fine.
