Well, had lap op on Friday and it all went well in that they couldn't find anything wrong. Tubes are clear(had this done about a year ago too) and could not find any endometriosis. This is all good news as now I can rule this out and move forward to either IUI or IVF.
I'm glad that I persisted and went to my doctor for a referal to another doctor to check this out. Ok, he found nothing to be wrong(and perhaps the original doctor who didn't want to do it, instinctively knew this) although at least know I have explored the possibility that it could have been xyz and now I know otherwise.
I have a follow up appt at end of Jan to discuss results/ further treatment etc and so hope this comes round soon.
Op was fine just two small inscissions in stomach, one in belly buttom other just above pubic bone and not too much pain. Just alot of sickness from anaesthetic and a bit of pain in ribs and shoulders after, but nothing some strong pain killers couldn't control.
So thought that I would update those of you that have had, due to have or may have this proceedure in the future.
