My SIL had really bad back pain. She actually learned and started to do stretches to relieve them. I think she also bought a fitness ball to help with the back pain. I know it helped her immensely !
I have done acupuncture for the back pain. It made a huge difference. I had low expectations, but was desperate. I had problems with my back before my pregnancy. I tried massages, chiropractor, etc and nothing helped until I started consistently going to acupuncture.
My back has actually felt decent today!! It's not moved up to the middle of my back and it's just tight, doesn't really hurt. Thank goodness!! Hope all of you ladies have a wonderful weekend!!
