Ok so I get UTIs a lot, often I don't even have the symptoms but I still test positive for them. I don't feel like I have one right now, but this morning I started getting these back spasms. They really hurt. They're in either side of my lower/middle back, it's the same pain I get when I have a really bad UTI or an infection and it's gotten worse and is still happening. But that's literally the only symptom. They hurt and it's annoying but I'm terrified I have an infection and don't know it. But I don't want to go to the ER or bug my doctor if there's nothing wrong...what would you do?

Get checked!!!! I had one, with no symptoms, and they think it was what made me go into labour with my son because it can cause an irritable uterus (spasms!) X

I'd get checked. Like you I get a lot of UTI's and have no symptoms. But one nasty one turn septic and caused me to have a 2nd trimester loss last year.

Definitely get checked, for peace of mind if nothing less, and meanwhile drink plenty of fluids (which I'm sure you are doing). You can buy home testing kits which are as accurate as the Drs tests but being pregnant your Dr may do further investigations if dip stick is negative. :flower:
