Bad Cramps :-(

Hi all - I recognize some names from other forums here, so many many congraters on your bumps I am 4+2 and I think I am out again. Last night I woke up with severe AF type cramps after a sharp pain earlier in the evening and now my boobs don't hurt and I just feel different - not pregnant anymore. I had a scan to see if ectopic or anything else really obvious and nothing, just like last time. Waiting on beta levels phone call to compare to yesterday, but my theory is that if it all went wrong at 2.30am they will still have had time to rise from yesterday mornings test so it won't tell us anything. I am resigned to the fact this little bean is gone too.

Sorry for negative post, just had to get it out there.

Chin up, mate ! It's not over til its over, if you understand my meaning. If I gave in to every cramp, stabbing pain and off feeling in this pregnancy, it would have been over months ago.

I hope that doesn't sound mean, just trying to say it may not be the worst. I sincerely hope its not.

I understand why you are fearing the worst but please don't give up until you know for sure. Have you had any red bleeding with the cramps? xxxx

No, no bleeding, but didn't have any last time either. SIGH, like Smudge said, just have to wait this out I guess. Thanks for your support ladies.

I had such strong AF cramps in this pregnancy and the last one hun.

I hope it's just stretching pains hun

my beta this morning was 428, so my numbers so far are:

11dpo: 30.5
13dpo: 91
15dpo: 297
16dpo: 428

Having another beta tomorrow morning to get the full picture. FX.

Fingers crossed that all is ok with little one. It may be just too early to see anything yet but if your levels keep rising then its a positive sign.

I have had strong cramps in all my pregnancies and have not miscarried yet. Also breast pain comes and goes. I found this. In my first pregnancy I worried, but it is normal to have all these things. I hope it all works out for you. Just because things did not work out last time, does not mean this pregnancy is doomed. My SIL went through a similar experience to you recently and is now 15 weeks. She thought she was having another miscarriage and even had some bleeding. She went for an early scan and there was the little heartbeat Good luck!

UPDATE!

Ok, 17dpo beta back: 607 so at 15dpo it was 297, so more than doubled, hooraaaaayyy!!! The nurses at my RE's office think that its severe gastro issues caused by the hormones - going to talk to my RE later today when she calls about it all.

This is good right? Tell me is good!!

Yes ! Good ! Severe gastro pain - now thats something I can relate to as well ! I had some unbelievable pain in the beginning and it was all just hot air .. I still get it now, though not as much. Its right across the front of my stomach or in my lower back (sometimes both) and feels pretty much like af cramps. You just have to ....ummmm............ let 'er rip !!

By the way, your betas are way better than mine. 12dpo I was 25 !
