I guess that you have tried already tea tree oil. If not, it is a natural antiseptic and will help you get rid of pimples. The same goes for bee propolis.
As for your diet, getting rid of dairy and white bread/pasta can make a huge difference
I haven't actually tried tea tree oil- thanks! Oh I eat tonnes of pasta too.. didn't realise that was bad for skin. I'll try switching to whole-grain. Thank you!

The problem with dairy is that if you do not drink/eat organic, they are often injected with growth hormones that can mess with your own hormones and cause bad skin (among other things). As for white pasta and bread, to be honest, I enjoy them quite often but I have read in more than one places that they can affect your skin. And you might want to try a gluten-free diet for two weeks, see if it is a gluten sensitivity that causes the pimples? I have never done it myself, because I only get the occasional pimple before OV or AF, so I do not have personal experience.
