Hi girls
Is the BBT adjuster accurate simple question...

I took temp at 4.15am this morning becuase woke up needed a wee and thought by the time i get back off its gonna be 5am and i would not have had the 3 hrs required.

At 4.15am it was 36.60 and when I adjusted it it took it to 36.91 the hightest temp i have ever had. Out of interest I took it at 7am when i got up and it was 36.66,

Which would you use??

Thanks

To be honest i would just use the temp you got when you woke without using the adjuster. Just make sure you change the time you took it on the form so it gives you an open circle, then you will be able to see that it was not the usual temping conditions.

I can see that's what you've done anyway. I'd leave it at that. The abnormally high temp could confuse your chart and since you've already O'ed it's not vitally crucial to get an individual temp right. :)

Agree with Sausages on this one - I have noticed that for most of us, there isn't a lot of difference from first bbt, to early morning temps - my temp only goes up in the afternoon and early evening, so use the time allowance and go with the flow - FF can work it all out anyway. It's better to be honest when messing with fertility.
