Hi! I have a question about traveling. I take my BBT normally at 7am EST. I am in Colorado for a long weekend. Should I continue to test at 7am locally or test at 5am locally (which would be 7am EST). I have done both the 2 days I've been here so far and the Temps have been different at both times (they are higher at the later time). Curious which one should "count" and be entered into FF. Thanks!

Take it at 5 am because your body probably still hasn't adjusted. Jet lag and all that jazz.
Hope I helped a bit

Yes the earlier times that were my EST turned out to be more accurate. I wanted to believe the higher ones I got at Colorado time. I got my period today, and the EST temps were giving me signs it was coming since the were lower. Oh well. Won't be traveling for a while now, so have my alarm set for 7 days a week at 630 am so I'm sure to have the most accurate temps going forward. Thanks for your help
