My Ovulation Chart

I started charting my BBT and I've been pretty consistent with it. The only thing is that with my sleeping schedule, it varies so it isn't always taken at the same time. It seems all over the place! Did I just not ovulate this cycle?

I also have PCOS so my cycles are really long.

Well, whatever it is, I just started spotting. I took OPK's but none of them had a line as dark as the control line, but it was almost as dark.

Onto next month!

PCOS can make temps vary from day to day. But it is also very important with temping that you take your temp at the same time everyday give or take 10mins or so as this is much more accurate for a bbt chart. Different times of day will make your temp change slightly.

Looking at your chart, it looks like you O'd on CD 23. There was a big dip and then a spike. And then a few days later it began to increase steadily until it dropped right before AF. It looks pretty clear to me!

agreed, looks like ovulation on cd 23. good luck this month!

I was thinking it looks more like O on cd 45-46. The temps became more steady as the estrogen finally rose correctly to initiate the Lh surge. Then once o happened you had your temperature shift. O around that time would put you at 10-12 dpo with you period starting in a few days.
