I have concerns about my follicular phase. My temps remain above my previous coverline for 5 or so days. Then drop for 9-11 days. Is this normal to have higher temps for the first part of the follicular phase? We are TTC cycle 3, I am 36

A better way to make sure you're taking your BBT as close to the same time as possible and using the same method. Also ask yourself if you have any infections(vaginal/urinary) or not sick. Make sure you use the same thermometer too. Some things that can affect your temp in general is hot beverages, cigarettes, use of extra heavy blankets to cover up, use of heat. I HTH. :)

I tracked mine for a year and in general, my temps were high and/or erratic for the first third of the follicular before they dropped below baseline. Sounds like you are seeing the same thing. Good luck!
