bbt has now decided i didnt O afterall

This is my first cycle on Clomid. I have been taking my bbt and it seemed to be going well. I had really bad pain in my ovaries cd14 and FF said I had o'd on that day. Today I put in my temp and even though it is still above my coverline FF has decided I didn't I after all. I'm so confused. Can anyone help?
