How does getting out of bed and going to the toilet affect your bbt? My bbt is usually around 36.2, I forgot to take it this morning until after I had been for a wee. It dropped to 35.5 that seems like a massive drop seems as all I did was walk across the hall and back

everyone is different on how it affects them might sometimes goes down other times it goes up, you will likely have to discard todays temp as it is inaccurate x
