Last time I spoke to my ex he said he wanted us to have regular contact again & that he wanted us to meet up a few times before LO arrives. That was about 2 weeks ago & haven't heard anything from him

Now he goes on holiday next weekend ( he'll be away for my due date ) Will be interesting to see if he was being serious about maintaining contact, & pick up the phone before he goes away to see me. Not that I want to see him but it would be nice if he proved me wrong for once & done as he said!!

Ohhh & on another note - Speaking to a friend tonight who said ' Stuart showed us the pic of the cot & buggy he bought for you & Anais. Isn't it beautiful?? That must have been such a lovely surprise for you when it was delivered '

Lol I have no faith in him what so ever. I reckon if he doesn't call me by tomorrow then he obviously had no intention of seeing me again!! He's at work all next week so can't see me then & he flies to Magaluf on the Saturday so he could only see me this weekend. So far no call!!!

Oh well least I know I gave him a chance!!

Well as it's now Sunday evening & no word from him I take it that he was once again lying to me.

I texted him the following ' Hiya, don't know what your intentions were when you said you wanted us to maintain contact but once again you've lied to me & let me down. I think i've given you more than enough chances to step up & be a dad. You have ruined alot of my pregnancy & I certainly won't be letting you ruin my chance at being a mum. My number is changing this week so there's no point in picking up a phone once you're back from your holiday & ready to be a dad. I'm sorry it's come to this but I feel I have no choice now'

N wow has he replied!!! He has started texting alot of abuse, saying i'm horrible & spiteful & do not deserve a baby. He will be a dad when HE is ready. I cannot stop his mum visiting the baby. He has always tried to be involved but he's very busy & the cherry on the cake ' Why don't you call me to see if i'm ok?? '

But he told me not to call him ever & that he will call me. When I did call in the past he would either reject my call or answer & have a go at me. I think I even mentioned this in a thread a few months back. But besides all that surely he should be calling me to see if i'm ok?? I'm getting so mad right now!!!

Change your number. You sure can stop his mother from seeing the baby. Make a list of people who aren't allowed to visit in the hospital and give it to the nurses. That is what I'm doing.

He's using his mums phone to text me & it's obvious his mum is telling him alot of things to say.

I was just saying about the lack of help i've had from him & his family, both emotionally & financially. He then said well we have things here for the baby we want you to have. I just said thats all well & good but im nearly there now, where was the help a few months back. Keep it for the next mug you get pregnant. He then said what help did you want. I said it would of been nice if someone had picked up a phone a good few months ago & offered help. The first I heard from his mum was 8 weeks before I was due when I had all I need. He then texted saying that his mum & dad offered from day1, so I said have they? Did they offer telepathically because I sure had no phone call. He then said well they don't know what to do for the best. So I said ermmm be an adult & pick up a phone!! I then said look there's no point in this going back & forth. You've all messed up & i'm doing the right thing & cutting you all out.

He replied saying your wrong? What's that supposed to mean?

How do you feel about your daughter having contact with her dad??He sounds a very immature young man. He needs to face the fact that he is going to be a dad very soon and has responsibilities whether he is ready or not!! As far as I know granparents have no rights to see the grandchildren. Would not waste my energy on him for now. Concentrate on yourself and your baby.

The thought of my LO having contact with her sperm doner makes me sick. I shake thinking about it. It's awful

I will be doing everything in my power to ensure he doesn't get near her. Ive got my mums support in this. She's like my lil guard dog ready to pounce if he steps in my drive way
