What beauty/ hair treatments are you getting?

I'm getting real hair extensions and gel nails done. I'm just putting big rollers in my hair as I hate the "hair spray slick" do that you see in some up-do pictures - eek!

Thats the sort of thing i will be having done =) i think big loose curls looks fab!

i've had acrylic nails down for over 3 years now so them, also having real hair extensions, hoping to try them before the wedding too, maybe in a few months :D
also i've decided on having quite a few treatments prior to we fly, i've been going to the same beauty salon for years now, and i love it there so will be having all my treatments where i have my nails down, so a massage, pedi, eye brow wax and a few sun beds, then once we're out there i'll probably have another pedi, any nail fixes and my hair.

i too don't want an up do for the wedding, so just hoping for some loose curls, and will have a trial of this once we arrive in florida. inc. in our package i have my make up, but not sure if i want to do my own or not, as i'd prefer to do my own :D

I have already started my pre wedding "get beautiful" routine but it is also a kind of "treat Mummy to be" routine now!!

My beautician comes to my house and I have all my waxing and tinting down and a facial each time then have a treat too, like a massage. My Boyo is treating me bless him :cloud9:

I get my hair done every 6 weeks and will keep doing so and will have it cut and coloured at the begining of the week of the wedding.

Nearer the day, I will also have my fake tan done, my Manicure and Pedicure and on the day, I have my make up artist and hair stylist coming to the hotel do make the best of me!!

I'm just going to have my hair trimmed the week before the wedding!! I have close friends doing my hair and make up so we'll be doing a few girly nights in next month to figure out what I'll be having done hair and make up wise. I won't be having much make up on as I never wear any normally and have a bad reaction to too much on for a prolonged period (as I found out doing a few stage productions where they just used ordinary make up that was apparently hypoallergenic!!). Hair wise I hope to have something half up half down, but I also need a style that won't be very badly affected by wind as I'm getting married in a restaurant on top of a hill and all the photos will be done on top of the hill!! I'm not particularly interested in getting pampered as such- I think it'd just annoy me having people fussing about me for hours on end and I don't think I'd be patient enough!!

Beca

I've been having weekly Elemis facials, I'm having a fake bake, eyelash tint and brow waxing. I've had a make up trial too. I'm having my hair trimmed and dyed on Tuesday and a practice of my wedding hair style then. I'm not having a veil but I am having a tiara so having it up.

im going to get my nails done but as for my hair i will probably just brush it as its past my bum and the last time i got my hair done it was not as long as it is now and it cost me 150 bucks and 3 hours of sitting so im not doing ANYTHING to my hair as my wedding is 2 years almost 3 years away and im sure it will grow more again as i do trim it

OH cousin/my bridesmaid used to be a hairdresser so she will be doing my hair :) I am hoping to have loose curls. I don't want my hair up or anything though.

As for make-up I was going to get my bodyshop manager to do it but I've bought loads of benefit make up so think I may do my own :)

Prior to the wedding I am going to have a pedicure, facial, waxing, tinting and acrylic nails done/ Hope to have a big pamper night with a mobile beautician the night before the wedding with all the bridesmaids :) xx

I'm doing my own hair & make-up No manicures or fake tan (it's not really "me"). I will get my eyebrows threaded during the week before, and I do plan to go to a make-up counter (don't know which, one that does products for sensitive skin as I developed rosacea in pregnancy) and get some suggestions but I am fine with doing my face as normal really. I don't know, part of me thinks I should do more but then I want to be "myself". I *would* get my hair done but it's short (so it'll be trimmed a week or so before) and 9 trips to the hairdresser out of 10 I leave wanting to stick my head under the tap as soon as possible (no matter what I say about "please make it sleek and flat" they bouff my hair up) so I figure I'll save the stress and time and do it myself. I'm one of those who would find letting someone else do it more stressful than doing it myself.

Its a good job that i have over a year to decide! lol x

I only decided once I got my dress on and had time to play about with my tiara etc. It felt totally different once I had my dress on and I was deciding, I don't know..I just don't like the fake look kind of thing!

There is so much to decide on even with just the make up .. do i want eye liner or not? .. what color eye shadow? .. or nude eyes? ... False lashes or not? .. i dont know lol i think i need a meeting with the bridesmaids already hehe xxx

I've only organised a hair dresser and make up artist so far! But will be having nails, tan, eyebrows, wax etc at some point the week before
