Has anyone used this site? I've seen the pram system I want in the colour I want on this site but there aren't many/any reviews to be found about them.....any one here have experience of dealing with them?

My Recaro car seat came from them and i found everything to be brilliant, it turned up next day as stated and really couldn't fault there service

I ordered a room set from bebe-amor (not bebe-amour) in the beginning of December 2008. It is now the 19th February and I have just received it. They offered free delivery and assembly - no assembly done. They don't answer their phones or return calls or reply to emails. We were convinced we had lost our money.
The stress dealing with them is NOT worth it.
I would really recommend you stay away from them. They don't fulfil promises and do not have ANY level of customer service
