How would you use these nappies??

Thought some of you may have used them or would get a rough idea from just looking considering how many different types people seem to have tried. I can be a bit dim with things like this (more so now I'm pregnant)

Look like Disana Tie ons or similar, they are flat nappies, you fold them a bit, then lay baby on then wrap ties round baby and tie in a bow. I have a few and love them, will be using them on my next baby for the first few weeks of it's cloth bummed life!
